generally ok stay

helpful staff plentiful buffet excellent location poor drainage broken shower shower issue

the staff were kind and helpful. the breakfast buffet was plentiful. the location is excellent as well. it is within easy walking distance to the louvre and palais royal.

the shower did not drain well. i reported it, but it was never fixed. the water would run out all over the bathroom floor if i wasn't careful. i had to turn the shower off and on to finish showering.

Fantastic Stay Near the Louvre!

perfect location safe area complimentary upgrade helpful service

The hotel's location proved to be superb. We found excellent restaurants just a short walk away, and the area felt very secure. I was thrilled with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The entire staff impressed me with helpful service.

The room, while comfortable, felt a little compact (it wasn't a major issue, though!).

The hotel provides complimentary snacks from 2 PM to 2 AM (a definite plus after a long day of sightseeing!). The rooms are modern and maintained to a high standard. I found the walking shower a nice touch.

The team members were attentive and friendly. Some staff members like Manon, Gabriel, and Emelyne provided great support (thanks to them!). Their collective dedication noticeably enhanced the visit.
